The Stunt Jet paper airplane template is easy to fold, if you'd like to lighten the nose you can make a small cut when folding. Once you're finished folding the paper airplane adjust the winglets or cut flaps/rudders to achieve different stunts.
- Build your custom paper airplane template using the worlds best paper plane builder.
- Download and print the paper airplane template. For the best result, don't print the folding instructions on the back of the plane template.
- After you've downloaded and printed the Stunt Jet paper airplane template start by getting your workspace ready. I prefer a well lit flat surface that's free of debris.
- Once that's ready start by looking over the template and identifying the solid fold lines.
- Lay the paper custom airplane template on the flat surface with it's graphics pointing down and the nose pointing toward you.
- Fold the lower left and right corners up until they meet in the middle of the page.
- Fold the nose up until it meets the edge of the first two folds, or (optionally) cut the nose off using the provided cut line.
- Fold the newly created left and right edges inward until the top edge meets in the middle of the page.
- Fold the page in half to create the fuselage.
- Fold both wings down.
- Fold both winglets inward to create a 90 degree angle .
- Finish the winglets by folding the small wing tips inward.
- To maintain the paper planes shape add a small piece of tape to the top of the plane.
Flight Tip: Adjust the winglets or cut flaps/rudders to achieve different stunts.
I prefer standard 8.5x11 inch printer paper. However, heavier paper can provide more stability, while lighter paper may glide longer. All of the templates from Paper Plane Builder are designed on 8.5x11 inch paper.
